The problem
Guam's culture, villages, events, and civic life have no shared digital home. Knowledge lives in aging sites, private groups, and people's memories.
The system
One platform that treats the island itself as the interface: explore it in 3D, learn the language, collect stamps for showing up, with cultural sensitivity enforced at the database level, not left to goodwill.
