NEXUS

Nexus Technology Group · Guam

When the software you need doesn’t exist, we build it.

Nexus designs custom platforms, AI systems, and digital products for organizations whose operations have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and off-the-shelf software.

In the lab

A growing portfolio of systems, platforms, tools, and public technology built in Guam, counted from the project registry, not marketing copy.

The problem usually starts before the software

Manual handoffs, disconnected systems, and processes that no longer match the scale of the operation.

Businesses

Operators who need software shaped like their actual work, not the other way around.

Retail, repair, media, service, and trades

Government & institutions

Agencies and institutions modernizing legacy processes with accountability built in.

Villages, councils, campuses, and public bodies

Community

Public-interest platforms Guam can use immediately, especially when it matters most.

Emergency, civic, cultural, and information tools

Systems already doing the work

Operational systems running businesses, and public platforms Guam residents already use.

LiveFlagship proof · Guam Alert Hub

Launched into a typhoon. Used by thousands within 48 hours.

As Super Typhoon Bavi closed in on Guam in July 2026, a newly launched community platform went from near-zero traffic to thousands of residents checking the map, reading reports, and filing what they saw in their own villages, with no ad spend. Community reports built a live outage map faster than any single official channel.

AI that earns its place in the workflow

We use AI where it can reduce manual work, organize information, improve decisions, or create a measurable operational advantage.

Digital transformation

We modernize the process itself: mapping how work really flows, retiring what's broken, and standing up systems people adopt instead of resist.

Applied AI

AI placed only where it earns its keep (moderation, parsing, matching, drafting, triage), with a deterministic rule used wherever one is better.

AI training & enablement

We bring your team up to speed on AI, hands-on and grounded in your real work, so capability lives in-house rather than leaving with a vendor. That's the Nexus AI Cohort.

We operate on the systems we build

Nexus was shaped inside real businesses with customers, employees, deadlines, transactions, and consequences. We do not build software from the sidelines.

It changed how the shop runs. Four subscriptions and a wall of spreadsheets became one system: the counter, the bench, and the back office finally read the same records. I stopped reconciling tools and started running the business.

James De Guzman

General Manager, MacTech Guam

It changed how we work. Projects, sales, scheduling, payroll, production: every application we juggled now runs in one system. The agency runs on it every day, and it gets better every week.

And because our own operations run on these systems, security is structural: permissions enforced in the database, money recomputed server-side, audit trails on everything. How we secure what we build →

Progress measured in working software

  • Nexus Serve reaches demonstration-ready

The institutional food-service platform's full loop (order, pay, kitchen board, pickup) verified end to end on fictional data, with 68 automated tests green.

  • Asset Management Command Center demonstrated end to end

AI-enabled asset management for equipment-heavy operations, complete in one build cycle: registry, work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, imports, and twelve reports, with 41 of 41 tests passing.

  • Guam Alert Hub carries its first live storm

Launched into Super Typhoon Bavi: 3,216 residents, 15,374 page views, and 182 community reports in roughly 48 hours, with zero advertising spend. A live outage map drawn by the island itself.
