An independent, nonpartisan voter guide for Guam's 2026 election. Around 52 candidates (governor tickets, delegate, attorney general, and all senatorial candidates) presented in identical profiles, with an issue-alignment tool that runs entirely in the voter's browser.
The problem
Guam voters had no single place to compare every candidate on equal footing. Information lived in scattered Facebook pages and press coverage, favoring whoever had the loudest feed.
The system
A uniform directory where every candidate gets an identical profile sourced from official ballot data, plus a private, in-browser matching tool. Candidates enrich their own profiles through a claim-code portal; an admin queue reviews before anything publishes.
