Venue Command Center
One operating system for a live-entertainment venue.

The internal operating system for a live-entertainment venue: bookings, contacts, shows, reservations, campaigns, and reporting in one place, replacing a stack of fragmented spreadsheets. Every KPI is derived live from the data, and access is enforced in the database.
The problem
A live-entertainment operation ran its bookings, contacts, shows, and campaigns across disconnected spreadsheets: no single source of truth, and no live view of the numbers that decide whether a run is working.
The system
One operating system for the venue: every booking, contact, show, and campaign in one place, every KPI recomputed live from the data, and access enforced in the database rather than the interface. Built demo-mode-first so it runs safely on synthetic data until the real backend is wired.
