An early-stage rewards and incentives platform being scoped with Proa Research Group. The work at this point is discovery, not code: mapping who earns, what earns it, what a point is actually worth, and how a reward reaches someone on Guam. It appears here at concept stage because that is honestly where it is.
The problem
Rewards programs rarely fail at the app. They fail at the parts nobody scoped: what counts as earning, what a point is worth, who can adjust a balance, and what happens when a participant disputes one.
The system
We start where those programs break (the rules and the ledger) and settle them on paper before committing to a build. The same discipline behind every operating system we ship: the balance is server-authoritative, every adjustment is attributed, and the program can always show its work.

- Discovery: who participates, which actions are rewarded, and why
- An earning and redemption model designed before anything is built
- Ledger design: a balance that can be audited, not a number in a column
- Delivery: how a reward actually reaches a person on-island
